Please bear in mind that shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items you select. You can easily find the weight of each product on its detailed page. Rest assured, we adhere to the policies of our shipping partners, rounding up all weights to the nearest full pound for accuracy and consistency.

RETURNS

With the exception of products clearly marked on the Site as final sale or non-returnable, we gladly accept returns for a refund of your purchase price, deducting the original shipping and handling costs. To qualify for a refund, the return must be initiated within 60 days of delivery, accompanied by valid proof of purchase, and the products must be in their original, undamaged condition.

 

To start the return process, please contact our Returns Department at sales@tippmannindustrial.com or call 260-441-9603 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

 

You are responsible for covering all shipping and handling charges for returned items, unless otherwise stated. As the sender, you assume the risk of loss during transit. For your peace of mind, we strongly advise insuring your return shipment against loss or damage and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

 

Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within approximately 5 business days upon receipt of your merchandise. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase on the Site. Please note that we do not offer refunds on products marked as non-returnable on this Site.
